CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-05

The Big Lake City Code is amended to amend the zoning map for the 9.8 +/- acres located south and west of County Road 81, north of Norland Park residential subdivision, and east of Big Lake City limits and identified as PID #65-00113-3000 from High Density Residential (R-3) to Single Family Residential (R-1). A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 24th day of April, 2024.
