The following official summary of the amendments listed in Ordinance 2016-03 has been approved by the Joint Planning Board of the Town of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
Town of Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance
The Becker Joint Planning Board does hereby amend the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. Section 5, Definitions, Accessory Structure, Family, Accessory Use, and Personal Storage Structure shall be amended.
2. Section 7, Agricultural District, Subdivision 7.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
3. Section 8, General Rural District, Subdivision 8.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
4. Section 9, Commercial, Subdivision 9.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
5. Section 11, Industrial 1, Subdivision 11.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
6. Section 12, Industrial 2, Subdivision 12.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
7. Section 13, Heavy Industrial, Subdivision 13.03, Conditional Uses, shall be amended
8. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Item 1, Accessory Structures shall be amended
9. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Number 4, Animal Unit Density Requirements shall be amended
10. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Number 9 Commercial Seasonal Storage shall be added
11. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Number 17 Personal Storage Structure shall be added
12. Section 18, Subdivision Standards, Subdivision 18.07, Definitions, Item 51, Subdivision, Boundary Adjustment, shall be amended
13. Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.02, Board of Adjustment, Item 2 shall be amended
14. Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.03, Planning Commission, Item 2 d. shall be amended
15. Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.04, Joint Planning Board, items 1 c. and d. shall be amended
16. Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.06, Variances, Items 1 and 2 shall be amended
17. Section 21, Enforcement, Subdivision 21.01, Violations and Penalties, Item 3 shall be amended
