NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2016 at 7:15 PM or thereabouts at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a variance application submitted by Kris Miller & Anne Ackerman to alter the roofline of an existing structure that does not meet the required setback from the road right of way. The structure is located approximately twenty five (25) feet from the township road right of way. Thirty (30) feet is required according to Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 Section 9.9.9 A.(3) adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is ID #19.10954.0000 and described as Lot 25, Block 1 of Shores Point, Section 08, Township 122, Range 27, with a property address of 18420 Eaglewood Road, Clearwater, MN 55320.
