NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  The Public Hearing is to consider amendments to the following sections of the city’s Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 117:

• Section 117-1250 Signs Exempt from Permit
• Section 117-330 Zoning Map
• Updates to the Zoning Map.

 A copy of the proposed ordinance amendments can be obtained by contacting the City Hall at 320-558-2428.

The meeting will be held via Zoom web conference.  The meeting credentials to attend the Zoom meeting will be available on the city’s website or by contacting City Hall.
