AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.60, SUBDIVISION 3 OF CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL GOVERNMENT.

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 2, Administration and General Government

SECTION 2.60 DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES, UNCLAIMED PROPERTY AND EXCESS PROPERTY.

Subd. 3. Disposal of Excess Property

This ordinance increases the value by which property is required to be sold by competitive bid and makes a change to receipt of funds to include the fund from where they originated.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
