CITY OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m.: Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit Application for a smoothie shop on a property located in the City of Becker. Applicants, Luke and Blair Popham, have submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 12172 Hancock Street SE and identified as PID #60-402-0815 in order to operate a smoothie shop from the above-described property in the City of Becker.
Following the above public hearing: Preliminary and Final Plat Applications of LTTM Properties. Owner and applicant, LTTM Properties, LLC, has submitted applications for Preliminary and Final Plats for a single-lot plat, with the intention of dedicating road right-of-way to the City. The property is located at 12911 1st St SE identified as PID #60-325-3000.
Following the above public hearings: Chapter 11 T-Town Zoning Code Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance. Edits proposed include Community Commercial Zoning District language changes in Chapter 11 Section 11.40 Subdivisions 2 and 4.
Following the above public hearings: City of Becker Comprehensive Plan. Public Hearing to adopt Becker 2040 – Shaping a Better Becker.
