Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2014 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:  

 

6:00 p.m.: Casey’s Retail Company, Conditional Use Permit Public Hearing. Boundary Waters Bank, owner and Casey’s Retail Company, applicant have submitted an application for a conditional use permit to establish a brand new gas station and convenience store to be open 24 hours. The proposed facility will be located at THAT PT OF LOT 2, BLK 1 LYING SELY OF NWLY 250.00 FT THEREOF, OF SECTION 6T33N R28W OF THE DK BECKER ADDITION, in the City of Becker. 

 

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Amanda Othoudt at P.O.
