An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2019-03: Rezoning Property identified as parcel 05-009-3105 from Agriculture (AG) to Commercial (COM)
The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:
Section 1.
The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:
Northeast ¼ of Southwest ¼ North of Highway
Section 9, Township 33 North, Range 28 West, Sherburne County, State of Minnesota
Shall be rezoned Commercial (COM) from Agriculture (AG).
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
