SUMMARY
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE OF REGULATIONS STANDARDS IN THE BECKER JOINT PLANNING BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE
The Becker Joint Planning Board, does hereby ordain:
SECTION 1. Section 5, Subdivision 5.02, Definitions, Driveways, shall be amended.
SECTION 2. Section 6, Subdivision 6.05, item B: Scope of Regulations shall be amended.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance, its rules and regulations shall take effect and be in full force immediately following its adoption and publication by the Becker Joint Planning Board. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for review at Becker Town Hall or Becker City Hall during normal business hours or on the Town’s website at www.beckertownship.org.
Adopted this 25th day of May, 2021 by the Becker Joint Planning Board.
