NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will meet to consider the following application(s) and other planning and zoning related topics. Beginning at approximately 7:01 p.m. and following:
Continuation of Public hearing from March 14. Xcel Energy, applicant, and property owners Ewing Properties, Peterson Legacy Acres and D Peterson, Warren/Gloria Olson, Tonetta Hardekopf, Tony/Michelle Lavrenz, Melanie/Mark Thuftedal, Kyle Erickson, Edwin/Regan Hillukka, Phil/Paula Hoglund, Ryan Proell, Ronald/Rochelle Kasper, Scott/Gayle Dahlke, Daniel Flynn, Kely Holthaus, Gregory/Deborah Dahlheimer, Reid/Rebeca Brown, Michael/Natalie Walker, Jarryd/Casey Loyd, and Christopher/Kimberly Lommel along County Road 11, South of Highway 10. Xcel Energy has applied for a conditional use permit to rebuild the existing 69KV transmission line between Becker and Monticello, shifting the existing alignment outside the County Road 11 Right of Way and onto private property.
Public hearing for Trevor Hickman, Applicant, Philip & Theresa Moran, owners; Preliminary Plat Application. The owner and applicant have submitted a Preliminary Plat Application for the land located at 9115 190th Ave SE, Becker, MN and Outlot B of Big Oak Estates.
Public hearing for Becker Joint Planning Board Ordinance Amendments as follows: Amending sections 4: Definitions, 16: Performance Standards, 17: Special Provisions and other related sections to incorporate comprehensive revisions to home businesses and home occupations in all zoning districts within the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance.
