An Ordinance Amending the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance
The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:
Section 1.
The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance shall be amended as follows:
Outlot: A parcel of land subject to future platting prior to development; or a parcel of land which is designated for public or private open space, right-of-way, utilities or other similar purposes.
shall be added to Section 5, Subdivision 5.02 Definitions and Section 18, Subdivision 18.07 Definitions
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
