Becker Joint Planning Board Ordinance 2017 01 Summary An Ordinance Amending Section 16, Subdivision 4 Of The Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Related To Animal Unit Density Requirements

The following official summary of the animal unit density ordinance amendment has been approved by the Becker Joint Planning Board as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance amendment.
Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance
The ordinance amends the number of animal units allowed on parcels within the Agriculture and General Rural Zoning Districts to a higher density, with an allowance for a Conditional Use Permit to increase the density further or exceed the limit on total animal units allowed in the General Rural Zoning District.
Upon the foregoing findings and intent, the Becker Joint Planning Board, does hereby amend the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Number 4 shall be amended.
