Foley Area C.A.R.E. Bake & Craft Sale

No time to bake? Stock up on your favorite goodies and crafts for the holidays and help support Foley Area C.A.R.E. at our annual Craft & Bake Sale on Friday, Nov. 17th from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Frandsen Bank in Foley. The Lioness Club of Clear Lake will be hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive at St. Marcus Church, Clear Lake, Mon. Nov. 27. As this is our regular meeting date, we will have our November meeting there. Everyone is encouraged to donate blood. Please plan to come between 12 noon-6 p.m. The Lioness will have their final gathering of 2017, Dec. 13 at Anton’s in St. Cloud for the annual Christmas dinner and play. A time of food and fun for area residents 55+, will be meeting Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m. for coffee, games or conversation, lunch at 12 noon and Grocery Bingo to follow. Grocery Bingo is free to play, win at bingo and get a food prize! Join us at Rejoice Lutheran Church, 1155 Co. Rd. 75, Clearwater (near the water tower). Call 320-558-6851 with your reservation for lunch. A suggested donation for lunch is $4.50. Young at Heart meets the third Thursday of each month.

 

Sherburne History Center Family History

Sat., Nov. 18, Sherburne History Center will be hosting the monthly family history class. The topic for November is Collecting Oral History Interviews.
