Becker American Legion
Becker Legion meets the second Tuesday of every month at 8:00 pm at the Becker Legion (the old fire hall).
 
Becker American Legion Auxiliary 
Regular monthly meetings will be held the second Tuesday of the month, at 8 p.m. at the old fire hall in Becker. Questions call Paula Hinds  at 763-262-6679.
 
Becker Sons of the American Legion Squadron 193
Meets the third Tues. of each month at 7 p.m. at Becker Legion (old fire hall). We are looking for new members. Any questions, call Commander John Fischbach 320-249-0579.
 
Clear Lake Legion & Auxiliary and Sons of American Legion
Meets the second Tuesday of the month at Palmer Township Hall. The Legion and Auxiliary will meet at 7 p.m. and the Son of American Legion meet at 6:30 p.m. New members are always welcome. Any questions contact Bud Stimmler at 320-761-5793.
 
Clearwater Legion
Clearwater Legion meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month. Auxiliary 6:30 p.m.,  S.A.L. at 7 p.m., Legion 7:30 p.m.  Legion Riders meeting 1st Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
Senior Lunch first Thursday of the month at noon at the Clearwater Legion, Clearwater.
 
Becker Lions Collecting Items To Recycle 
Items are: eye glasses, hearing aids, cell phones and printer ink cartridges. Collection boxes are located at the Becker Community Center (entryway) and Insight Eye care.

Clearwater-Clear Lake Food Shelf
Open Mon. 5:30-7 pm, Tues. 9-11 am and 6-8 pm, Wed. 3-5 pm and is in the brown Lions Community Building beneath the water tower in Clearwater.  We service residents of Clearwater and Clear Lake.
 
Knitting/Crochet Night
Every Tuesday night at Cafe Pawz inside Becker Furniture World, 6-7:30 p.m., join as your schedule allows. All ages and levels of yarn lovers welcome. Horseshoe Pitching
At the Becker Legion. We installed indoor pits and are looking for anyone interested. We have horseshoes you can use or bring your own. At the Becker Legion (1 Blk North of Hwy 10 on Hancock) on Tues. nights from 6 to 8 pm. 
 
Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Meeting

Bring Joy to Hospice Patients
St. Croix Hospice is seeking volunteers to provide companionship to individuals affected by a life-limiting illness. Companion visits are scheduled at your leisure.  Other volunteer opportunities include: vigil, pet therapy (dog), and office administrative. Story-telling, training and mentoring provided. Senior Social
Becker Community Center the Second Friday of every month, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Bring a snack or dish to share although not necessary or simply enjoy a free cup of coffee provided by the BCC. This event is free and open to the public. 
 
Christian Motorcyclists Assoc. Monthly Meetings
The Crossroads Chapter 644 will having monthly meetings every third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Nelson Brothers in Clearwater.
 
Becker Boy Scout Pack 92 Cardboard, Paper and Aluminum Recycling
Bring your aluminum cans to the trailer located near Becker True Value and paper and cardboard recyclables to the dumpsters near the same location the first Saturday of every month. There will be a Scout there to help unload between 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 
 
Adapted Martial Arts

2018 Dylan’s Hope Charity Golf Tournament
Fri., Aug. 10 beginning at 11 a.m. at Pebble Creek Golf Club. The event will include a 4 person team scramble, prizes for 1st place and other teams, hole prizes for traditional hole challenges. The entry fee for the tournament is $80 per player, which includes cart, range balls and the meal. Come hungry as the Pebble Creek Grille will be serving a delicious meal. The cost of the meal is only $15 for adults and $10 for kids. Tickets can be purchased in advance from the Dylan’s Hope Organization at http://www.dylanshopefoundation.org/foundation-events/.
 
Tai Ji Quon Program
A 12-week Tai Ji Quan program at the Becker Community Center. Participants meet Thursdays and Fridays, 9:45-10:45 a.m., July 12-Oct. 18 (no class 8/2, 8/3 and 9/20, 9/28). Young at Heart
Lunch will be at noon  Thurs., June 21, at Rejoice Lutheran Church in Clearwater, with a freewill donation.  Program will be presented by a volunteer from Pioneer Park in Annandale. She will share memories of one room schools and tell us about some of the many events happening this summer at the Settlement. One-Room School Annual Picnic

Second Annual Summer STEM Camp
The camp will run from June 18th- June 22nd, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., each day, in Ellison Park, Monticello. Each day will be filled with fun activities on topics such as geology, ecology, weather, physics, and chemistry. The cost of camp is $10/day, or $45/week, but will waive the fee for any families that may need financial assistance. B.L.A.R.E. ARRL Field Day
The Big Lake Amateur Radio Enthusiasts would like to welcome everyone. 2018 Wright Co. Outstanding Senior Citizens
Nominations from county residents are now being sought. The award recognizes outstanding senior citizens (70 +) who have volunteered their time and talent to benefit their community. My Fair Lady Adult Audition Prep Workshop
