Becker student/athlete Kaden Nicolas was selected by the Mississippi 8 Athletic and Activity Administrators as the “BSN” Mississippi 8 Athlete of the Month for March.

Kaden was nominated by the Becker Activities Dept. for his outstanding achievements at the state wrestling tournament. He was then selected as “most outstanding” by all nine administrators from the Mississippi 8 Conference at a recent meeting. 

Kaden won the 139-lb. state wrestling championship at this year’s state tournament and he has played a major role in the success of the wrestling team. The team has accumulated four straight Mississippi 8 Conference championships, three straight Section 6AA championships resulting in three straight state tournament appearances and three consecutive state third place finishes. 

Kaden is a great representative of Becker High School and the Mississippi 8 Conference and BHS congratulates him on his state championship and on being the recipient of this Mississippi 8 Conference award.
