TOWN OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings beginning at 7:01 pm and following:

Public hearing for Boundary Adjustment Application Owners Frank & Brenda Anderson and Dan & Stacey Angell.  The owners/applicants have submitted a Boundary Adjustment application to adjust the boundary line of 8491 148th Ave SE and the parcel identified as parcel number 05-00108-3401 and located in Section 8, Township 34N, Range 28W.

Public hearing for Interim Use Permit Application, Owners Alyshia Moe & Tristen Jacques.  The owners/applicants have submitted an Interim Use permit application to operate a dog grooming facility out of their accessory structure located at 10675 165th Ave SE, Becker, MN. 

Public hearing for Interim Use Permit Application, Owners/Applicants MPN Holding, LLC.  The owners/applicants have submitted an Interim Use permit application to operate a short term drop yard at 15920 US Highway 10, SE, Becker, MN.

Public hearing for Conditional Use Permit Application, Owners John & Ruth Babler, Applicant Becker Township.  Use by Township for stockpiling of road materials at 10660 County Road 23 SE, Becker, MN.
