CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:    

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Services to be located at 14195 Bank Street SE.  Applicant and Owner, Vern Johnson, submitted an application for a conditional use permit for motor vehicle service on the property located at 14915 Bank Street SE, currently identified as PID #60-00423-0040 

Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Gilyard Second Addition – Applicant and Owner, Grant Rademacher, submitted an application for a preliminary plat to combine the lots current identified as PID #60-00434-0105 and #60-00434-0110 together.

Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing on an amendment to the Planned Unit Development Conditional Use Permit known as River Oaks Estates – Applicant, Stephen L Kavan, has applied for an amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit for River Oaks Estates as part of a proposed 38 lot residential plat of Outlot C within said subdivision.

Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as River Oaks Fourth Addition – Applicant, Stephen L Kavan, has applied for a 38 lot, residential preliminary plat of the parcel legally described as Outlot C, River Oaks Estates, Sherburne County, Minnesota which parcel is also currently identified as PID #60-00471-0030

Following the previous public hearing – Amendment to Chapter 11 Land Use Regulation (Zoning) – An amendment to the Chapter 11 Land Use Regulation (Zoning) clarifying areas where private roads are prohibited within the City of Becker.
