The Becker Bandits walked off the Albertville Anglers Sunday to advance to host the Stone Poneys Saturday in the Sauk Valley League playoffs.

It was a 4 to 3 win over Albertville and the Bandits will now play this Saturday, July 30th at 1:30 p.m. at the High School Varsity Field in Becker. The winner receives the #5 seed in regions and loser receives the #6 seed.

The Bandits finished the regular season with a 9-6 record overall and their ninth win came in Pearl Lake as win 11-4 in Pearl Lake. Mitchell Louden was a big contributor, going 3-for-4 July 17 in an 11-4 win. Louden had a walk and three RBIs, including a two-run “absolute, no doubter” way over the road. 

Three days earlier, the Bandits trounced the Rogers Red Devils, 10-1.
