Guess what’s back? In-Person Storytime!

(Editor’s Note: The following article was submitted by the GRRL).

After a long hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Becker Public Library is thrilled to announce that their Preschool Storytimes will resume in-person Tuesday, June 15  (masks are not required, but social distancing rules still apply).

Storytime is from 10:30-11 a.m. Join Miss Andrea for stories and songs that help develop early literacy skills. This summer’s storytime themes will revolve around the library’s 2021 Summer Reading Program Theme “Reading Colors Your World”. Storytime will take place outside (weather permitting), so bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on while enjoying the show.

In the event of inclement weather, storytime will move inside to the Becker Community Center. Take-and-Make craft kits will be available to take home after storytime. The staff at the Becker Public Library is so excited to welcome all their young storytime friends back to the library!

For ages 2-6. Limit 15. Registration required. Register online at www.griver.org/events.

Be sure to put all the library’s upcoming Preschool Storytime events on one’s summer calendar: June 15, July 6, July 20, August 3, and August 17.
