The federal government announced last week that, as of Wednesday, Jan. 19, a website would go live that will allow every address (home or rental property) to order four at-home rapid tests for COVID-19.

That website (www.CovidTests.gov) went live with a soft opening and is fully operational as of today.

The process is simple and takes only a couple of minutes to complete. Once at the website, hit the “Order Free Tests” button to be redirected to a United States Post Office page. Simply type in the contact information and mailing address – an email address for shipping notifications is optional. Then hit “Check Out Now” to finish. The tests are expected to ship within seven to 12 days.
