Default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage that was executed by and among Elizabeth Nel-son and Chad Nelson, as mortgagors, and Granite Community Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated May 15, 2019, and was recorded on May 16, 2019, as document number 871974, with the Office of the County Re-corder in and for Sherburne County, Minnesota.
The mortgage has been assigned as follows: n/a
The original principal amount secured by the mortgage was: $138,400.00.
No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the mortgage, or any part thereof.
