AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.36

SUBDIVISION 4 OF CHAPTER 3 MUNICIPAL UTILITIES

IN THE CITY OF BECKER CITY CODE.

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 3, Municipal Utilities

Section 3.36 Trunk Water, Sewer, and Storm Sewer Charges

Subd. 4. Areas to be Charged Trunk Charges

This ordinance revision clarifies when the City collects trunk fees and on which properties trunk fees are to be charged.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
