CALL TO ORDER
The Work Session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on April 16, 2024.

ROLL CALL
All Board members were present except Ms. Lenette Brown and Mr. Tony Scales.

REFERENDUM DISCUSSION
Reviewed potential projects and costs. Reviewed ballot language. Discussed special education space need.

STAFFING UPDATE
Superintendent Truebenbach updated the board on 24-25 staffing.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
